The Lake County Domestic Relations Court Local Rules
The Local Rules provide procedural guidance for anyone who has a case before the Court. It is suggested that a self-represented party read the rules before filing any motion or attending any hearing.
If you are representing yourself, understand that you are held to the same standards as an attorney. The Court can only receive information in the form of a motion, along with an affidavit or memorandum.
